However, this was due to a point of law and I agree it will just be a matter of time before he is in the headlines again.

The American case is nothing to do with this case. And is nothing like it.

He will be freed. He was convicted on breach of the peace. And will be sentenced for that. Since he has already done 8 months then he will be freed.

He was cleared on all other charges.
