Here Here!! well said concerned citizen, I admire Mr Thompsons determination, this is not the first indication that the justice system on this Island resembles a cesspit. How can he expect a fair hearing when all concerned are at the very least dubious with a capital C”**”*T.

The solicitors and the law are supposed to be on the side of the Public. They should be people we can trust and be above reproach. In view of her husband being the procurator fiscal I wonder how many cases she has actually lost! Regardless of whether it is Mr. Thompson’s ex-partner/wife, the law should work equally and honestly for both parties. If it weren’t for people like Mr. Thompson the bad apples would not be brought to book. If people like Murdof think this is all sour grapes, perhaps he would not be so quick to criticise if he was on the receiving end of the injustices Mr. Thompson is experiencing at the current time. There are probably many injustices like this that have not been brought to book as they are too frightened to come forward. Hopefully if people read the above article, it might inspire them to come forward and be heard. It is typical to see that Ken Macdonald solicitors immediately try to blame the clerical staff for any errors that occur, which shows the usual attitude of the underdog getting the blame. Good luck to Mr. Thompson in his efforts to fight for justice.

Mister Ian, I think you will find that the police are now finally investigating Anthonys complaint. Whether it goes to court will be interesting.

Dear murdof, Mr Thompson is basing his case on good evidence, where;s yours? you are ignorant of the facts and clearly missing the point that this complaint is about a system that any one of us could be subjected to. The least we should be able to expect is a fair and objective system of justice.
