I can now access my mail quicker through Yahoo! home page and access Google and Windows in half the time it takes to access my BT account.

So the impression I have is that they have shifted the problem so it is perhaps less drastic in places but thay have spread the problem.

I am estimating that I am still only getting about the half the speed which I was used to some months ago. BT are clearly trying to wriggle out of this situation, probably because of the sheer inadequacy of their infrastructure and broadband service to us. We mustn’t let them off the hook or they will just keep burying their heads in the sand and keep denying there actually is a problem.
