Ha ha. Mr X is probably the bravest journalist in the islands and gets information regularly from the unlikeliest sources. However I doubt if even he would publicise candidates names during an interview process. Besides it would not be fair.
I think we can rule out a certain “Captain” Smith from Aiginish – remember him? oops should I say these things….
Well that’s me voted folks, me and Cathy went down early this morning and I voted Labour for the first time in my life, Cathy went with me to make sure I was safe from the SNP “Hunters” and “Community Justice” people, but it all passed without incident, although we were alert all the time as the clerks at the P olling Stations all had SNP stickers on their cars which the Returning Officer allows them to do. Cathy tells me that some of the female counting clerks were even fist pumping with Angus Brendan the last time.
If the Returning Officer is in for the SPA job I hope he doesn’t get it, we don’t want another mess there after getting out of the last one.
